Everything is Energy

Energy comes before matter. One of my favorite ways to absorb this understanding is that there is always a blueprint before a house is built.

First, there is an emotion and thought which is energy, then there is a plan, later comes the physical manifestation. Any physical manifestation is made of energy that is vibrating at different frequencies and the different frequencies provide instructions that determine it’s physical form.

What is frequency?

Frequency is simply how fast something vibrates or repeats over time. In relation to energy, it’s light and sound. Everything we physically see is simply light and sound vibrating at different frequencies, like waves.

Frequency is measured in hertz which means “cycles per second.” There are high and low frequencies.

Low frequency = slower vibration

High frequency = faster vibration

For example, the color red vibrates at lower frequency than the color purple which means that the color red has slower light waves than the color purple.

When we look at the rainbow, we see that light is split into 7 different colors which are 7 different frequencies. (represents the 7 chakras and 7 dimensions of life)

Our physical reality (the reality we can see with our physical eyes) is created by this splitting of light and different frequencies.

Each organ, muscle, tissue, and bone vibrate at a specific frequency that also define its physical form. For example, our bones hold a lower frequency than our thoughts and our blood. Why? Because bones are more dense than blood and thoughts.

Our emotions are also made of energy and hold a frequency. Anger, sadness, joy, gratitude all have different frequencies. Fear or survival based emotions tend to have a lower frequency than love based emotions.

Since, we are all made of energy we must realize that we not only have a physical body but an energetic body, made of light, that comes directly from Source.

Our thoughts and emotions are all energy that shape our physical reality. So they say, if you can see it and feel it, you can create it.

If you feel happy, joyful, deserving and in alignment with Sources light, then your reality and experiences will reflect that. If you hold fear, stress, trauma, fear and other pains for too long, you’re reality and experiences will also reflect that. Understanding that we all energy and that our energy is what creates our reality gives you the power to create change, heal, and transform your life.

Life Force Energy

It’s the energy that powers all of life. It flows intelligently and guides all processes, giving everything purpose and mission in this existence. It guides our wounds to heal, organs to function, and creation to take place. This is where we come from and what we are made of. Yet, some have forgotten this truth. We have felt separate from our creator, feeling like life is happening to us, not from us. In forgetting this truth, we forget our true power and divine nature. The fact that each of us holds the power to heal, create, and thrive.

Due to societal conditioning, fears, survival patterns, limiting beliefs and other human shadows, we sometimes disconnect from our Life Force. For example, when you’re little and your family shows you that love is hard to receive, money is scarce, or dancing and joy are limited expressions. This propels a process where you begin to look outside of yourself to meet your needs and forget about your inner world and that everything starts from within.

Connecting to the fountain of Life Force, opens your energy channels, and you tune yourself to our creator. Our creator shares the reminder that you are also a creator and when aligned to Source, you begin to hold the same consciousness: limitless, aware, loving, and free.

Healing Energy

Healing energy is Life Force Energy, it is God flowing through us, as we open the space for God to flow. God doesn’t judge, God holds no separation. So, when we allow Life Force to flow through us, we hold no judgement, and we realize we are not separate from our Creator or each other.

In this, we embody our true nature which is love. Love is healing. We bring forth acceptance, light, and non-duality which is also the frequency of our Creator. Non-duality means that there is no good or bad. It just is. What happened to us, what we experienced, the journey that life has taken us on, it’s perfect because it is. From this understanding, we are able to heal and create our lives from a place of space, truth, and awareness. Not from shadows, trauma, wounds, or lack.

Ultimately, embodying Source consciousness becomes a way of being, an integration of the physical and spiritual realms. This path guides us to embody our true nature which is love, to act from love, and bring forth the healing energy of acceptance and love to the world.

Most of us practice energy healing without even knowing. A perfect example is when a child is hurt and the Mother or Father soothe the child’s pain with touch and presence. In this moment, the parent is sending healing and love through intention to help the body recover. Love, presence, and touch create the best environment for healing to happen. This naturally soothes, spiritually elevates, and transforms the emotional or physical pain the child is experiencing.

It is your birthright to remember your divine nature and access the magic of creation in this human life. You are a creator, you are a healer, you are light. As this is realized, felt, and embodied you surrender your protective mechanisms and mind so that your heart can lead the way. All that is required is your intention to align with the divine, with the energy of creation, and allow your body and mind to be an instrument for this energy. Nature and Source have everything we need to heal, create, and thrive and the only way to truly heal is by remembering our true nature and aligning to the wisdom of our Creator.

We Are All Connected

Since everything is energy and comes from Source split in different frequencies, we’re all connected. There is an invisible energy field that connects us all and through this field information is shared: emotions, memories, thoughts.

I like to think of it as Wifi. There’s a router which can be seen as a Source of energy and then you can connect to it and receive information like messages from friends across the world. How? Because of interconnectedness of energy.

Energy Healing works on the truth that we are all connected. Source is always within us. As humans, we are all one. Any harm you do to yourself, you do to others and vice versa. Any harm you do to earth, you also do to yourself because you are earth.

A big mission is to remember that we are all connected and that the best way to take care of others and the world, is to take care of and heal yourself.
